Rodger Howell, Rutanand Tucker, spoke in favor of granting the <br />proposed franchise to Six-Star Cablevision, Inc. A representative of <br />Six-Star also spoke in favor. <br /> <br />Mickey Madden, 2319 North Rosewood, suggested that Council appoint a commit- <br />tee to complete an analysis of the alternatives and then request competitive <br />bids. Melvin Jones, 1115 South Birch Street, asked whether cable TV might <br />present a problem with pornographic programs. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
