After the pledge to the Flag <br />and the Invocation given by Mr. Yamamoto, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel Griset <br />Gordon Br icken <br />Al Serrato <br />James Ward <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />J. Hammill, Agency Real Estate Officer <br />Laura Garcia, Secretary <br /> <br />INTOWN CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, PHASE II HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Ward and <br />carried by a vote of 6:1 (Mr. Markel casting the "NO. vote) <br />to delete the stipulation that Santa Ana Intown, Subparcels <br />1 and 2 of Phase II have the same homeowners association. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO RALPH ALLEN ASSOCIATES AND RELATED <br />ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Luxembourger announced that this was the time and <br />place for the joint public hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana for the proposed sale of property by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to Ralph Allen <br />Associates and environmental findings in relation thereto, <br />bounded on the north by Santa Ana Boulevard, on the west by <br />a north-south alley, between Santa Ana Boulevard and Fifth <br />Street, on the south by Fifth Street, and on the east by <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />Mr. Hammill displayed a map of the property proposed to be <br />sold by the Agency and also stated that Mr. Ralph Allen, <br />developer, was in the audience to answer any questions <br />concerning the proposed development. <br /> <br />The Chairman announced that the Agency would now like to <br />hear from those people who desired to address the Agency on <br />this issue.
