<br />. <br /> <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT/PHILIP MEGDAL <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Ward and <br />carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 81-2: <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND <br />PHILIP MEGDAL. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR BLOCK <br />SYCAMORE, MAIN, SECOND AND THIRD STREETS <br /> <br />BOUNDED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Griset and <br />carried unanimously to grant to Barbara Mathewson, John <br />Yelland and Robert Lawson a six month exclusive right to <br />negotiate for the development of the block bounded by <br />Sycamorè and Main, Second and Third Streets, excepting <br />only the Builders Exchange Building on the southeast <br />corner of the subject block, contingent upon the payment <br />of one-half the cost of necessary appraisals and economic <br />feasibility analysis. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - PARK-AND-RIDE GARAGE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Ward and <br />carried by a vote of 4:1 (Mr. Yamamoto casting the "NO" <br />vote) to approve advertisement of request for proposals <br />for selection of an operator of the Park-And-Ride garage <br />with the stipulation that the setting of operating hours <br />would be reviewed by the Redevelopment Commission and <br />recommended to Agency prior to the award of contract. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 1:38 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ðft- <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />. <br />
