This development would have the
capacity to be one of the largest sales tax generators in
the City. He advised the Agency members that this would
entail the purchase of willowick from the City of Garden
Grove.

Mr. Wilson stated that this particular development proposal
was very much in line with what staff desired for the
development of this area. He stated that the six month
exclusive right to negotiate would lead to a construction
schedule goal which meant that they would go into
construction by the summer of 1984.
