Ogden Markel <br />Al Serrato <br /> <br />Robert Luxembourger <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />Rex Swanson, Executive Director <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Laura G. Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />GRAND CENTRAL BUILDING REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />Mr. Swanson stated <br />Greenbergs were in <br />assistance. <br /> <br />that he had been informed that the <br />agreement with the proposed additional <br /> <br />In response to a question by Chairman Bricken, Mr. Swanson <br />responded that the Grand Central Building would probably be <br />repossessed by Wells Fargo Bank if the Agency did not <br />approve staff's recommendation. <br /> <br />Mr. Griset suggested that this matter be continued until the <br />evening session so that the Greenbergs could be present so <br />that there would be no misunderstanding. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Griset, <br />seconded by Mrs. McGuigan and carried by a 5:1 vote (Mr. <br />Markel casting the "NO" vote) to continue this item until <br />the evening session pending the Greenbergs presence. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
