Ream, Community Development <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM - PROJECTS LOCATED <br />AT 108,112-114,116 AND 118-120 W. FOURTH STREET; 209-213, <br />215-217,219 AND 223 W. FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />The City Manager informed the Agency that Mr. Uyesugi at 221 <br />W. Fourth had decided not to proceed with his rehabilitation <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan <br />and carried by a 6:1 vote (Mr. Markel casting the "NO" vote) <br />to: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approve an Amendment to Commercial Rehabilitation <br />Participation Agreement (108 W. Fourth) between <br />the Agency and Adolfo and Janet Lopez; <br />
