They <br />presently employ Fifth Five (55) full-time and part-time employees <br />including management personnel, of which 25% are minority. The monthly <br />"ales tax produced by the restaurant is apprximately Twenty Two Hundred <br />!>ollars ($2,200.00). <br /> <br />:he Agency at its meeting of May 29, 1979 considered the adoption of the <br />o'esolution to authorize the execution of the lease. Upon hearing testimony <br />rom the adjoining property owner, who was represente':] by Attorney <br />mest J. Schag, Jr., relative to access to the parking area in rear of <br />I heir buildings, the Agency requested that we qet the parties together <br />," arrange a solution to the problem. The parties have now entered into <br />cross license agreement whereby Sombrero Street will provide vehic'llar <br />. 'cess across the westerly 16.00 feet of the leased property to reach <br />'", parking area of the adjoining property. The adjoining property in <br />"'" has authorized Sombrero street to make use of a portion of northerly <br />'.
