After the Pledge <br />to the Flag and the Invocation given by Mrs. McGuigan, roll <br />was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel Griset, Vice Chairman <br />P. Hammill, Assistant Director Redevelopment <br />& Real Estate <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mrs. McGuigan pointed out that on page 2 of the Minutes <br />dated September 20, 1983, under the heading of ORAL <br />COMMUNICATIONS - FERRANTE/WALDER PROJECT, (the last-sen= <br />tence) .. .the Agency was not ln a posltl0n to litigate... <br />should be changed to read ...the Agency was not in a <br />position to discuss the issue because of litigation <br />proceeding and suggested that he speak with the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />There being no further or corrections, it was moved by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Johnson and carried unanimously <br />that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on September <br />20, 1983 be approved as corrected. <br />
