<br />. . <br /> <br />.' . . . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DEVELOPER SELECTION FOR A-2 SITE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Young <br />and carried unanimously to grant the Carley-Mariner Venture <br />a 90-day exclusive right to negotiate for the development of <br />the A-2 site for hotel purposes. <br /> <br />THIRD AMENDMENT TO <br />NATIONAL PROPERTIES <br /> <br />PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, <br /> <br />AMERICAN <br /> <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Griset, seconded by Mr. <br />Johnson and carried unanimously to (1) approve the Third <br />Amendment to the Participation Agreement with American <br />National Properties¡ and (2) approve the Phase II schematic <br />drawings. <br /> <br />DEVELOPER STRATEGY AND MARKETING PLAN <br /> <br />Mr. Miguel Pulido, Ace Muffler Shop, 401 E. First Street, <br />Santa Ana, California addressed the Agency by stating that <br />he was totally against this item. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles E. McClung, Jr., 24012 La Plata, Ste. 330, <br />Laguna Hills, California, representing the Pulido Family, <br />requested that the Agency postpone this item until its next <br />regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Vice Chairman <br />Griset, seconded by Mr. Young and carried unanimously to: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize the solicitation of development propos- <br />als for those sites identified on Exhibit A¡ <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Grant a 90-day exclusive right to negotiate to <br />Urbatec for the A-lO and A-12 sites subject to <br />developer's submission of $15,000 good faith <br />deposits¡ and <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Grant a 90-day exclusive right to negotiate to <br />Grand Plaza Development Company for the Fire <br />Training Facility site subject to developer's <br />submission of a $15,000 good faith deposit. <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM - AMENDMENT TO <br />COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR <br />DEFERRED LOAN - BUILDER'S EXCHANGE/202-2l0 N. MAIN <br /> <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Griset, seconded by Mrs. <br />McGuigan and carried unanimously to approve an amendment to <br />the Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement which <br />will allow the repayment of Agency fees and reimbursables to <br />be deferred for one year. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
