Hammill, Assistant Director Redevelopment <br />& Real Estate <br />Diann Taylor, Secretary <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT RESOLUTION DIRECTING CONDEMNATION OF <br />PROPERTY WITHIN THE A-I (BIRCHPARK ASSOCIATES) DEVELOPMENT <br />SITE (NORTH ONE-HALF OF SECOND STREET BETWEEN OLIVE AND <br />FLOWER STREETS) <br /> <br />Chairman Luxembourger announced that this was the time and <br />place for the public hearing on the issue of the public <br />necessity to acquire by condemnation property described as <br />the north one-half of Second Street between Olive and Flower <br />Streets for redevelopment purposes. <br />
