Hammill, Assistant Director Redevelopment <br />& Real Esta te <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan <br />and carried unanimously to approve the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held on February 15,1983, and Adjourned <br />Regular Meeting held on February 22,1983. <br /> <br />CONTINUED/PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO BIRCHPARK ASSOCIATES (A-l <br />DEVELOPMENT SITE) <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Luxembourger announced that this was the time <br />and place for the joint public hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of <br />
