<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - <br />MAIN STREET <br /> <br />PARKING LOT AT 1018 SOUTH <br /> <br />STATUS <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />In response to a question raised by Mr. Acosta, the <br />Community Development Director stated that when the <br />Redevelopment Agency approves a project they usually also <br />approve a budget for acquisition, relocation, demolition and <br />improvements. The Redevelopment Commission implements the <br />budget and authorizes the execution of the purchase <br />agreements, demolitions, contracts, etc. <br /> <br />In response to another question raised by Mr. Acosta, the <br />Community Development Director stated that the City Council <br />loaned the Agency the funds and the Agency authorized the <br />acquisition of this property on September 21, 1982. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, a motion was made by Mr. Griset, <br />seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried unanimously that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 7:02 P.M., to April 12,1983 at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />~ / p~<'4ü~~ <br /> <br />Rex Sw son Robert Luxembourger <br />Executive Director Vice Chairman <br /> <br />-6- <br />
