No. <br />35-96-85 for $620,000.00 including interest, located within <br />the Old Courthouse Plaza site (A-3). <br /> <br />A motion was made by MrS. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta <br />and carried unanimously to settle the Feinstein and Smith <br />case, O.C.S.C. 34-80-51 for $95,000.00 plus interest, <br />located within the Substitute Parking site. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - DOWNTOWN PROJECTS <br /> <br />Mr. Serrato made a request that subsequent to the <br />Redevelopment Agency meeting some time be set aside to make <br />the Agency members more aware of what was going on around <br />them.
