California. At that time, Mayor <br />Luxembourger called the City Council to order. Kooi, Downtown Development Commission Director <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />By unanimous consent, the Minutes of the Regular Joint Meeting held <br />on September 25, 1984 were approved. <br /> <br />AWARD OF COMPENSATION <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Griset, seconded <br />.
