<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />SEPTEMBER 18, 1984 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the Ci ty of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman <br />Luxembourger at 5:36 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the Pledge <br />to the Flag and the Invocation given by Chairman <br />Luxembourger, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />¡ <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Daniel Griset, Vice Chairman <br />P. Cooper, City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director/Economic Development <br />Thomas E. Hammill, Assistant Director Redevelopment <br />& Real Estate <br />Susan Moeller, Project Manager <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr, Bricken, seconded by Mr. Acosta and <br />carried by a vote of 4:0 (Mrs. McGuigan and Vice Chairman <br />Griset refrained due to their absence) to approve the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on August 21, 1984. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES ON S. HARBOR <br /> <br />The Executive Director/Economic Development called upon <br />Project Manager, Susan Moeller, to give a brief <br />presentation. The Project Manager stated that the purpose <br />of the South Harbor Redevelopment Plan adoption was mainly <br />for two purposes: (1) to provide public improvements: and <br />(2) to provide ù major funding source for the City's <br />residential rehabilitation programs through the use of 60% <br />set-aside moneys. <br /> <br />I <br />
