The meeting was <br />reconvened at 6:00 P.M., with the same members present. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />FOR THE FASHION SQUARE COMMERCIAL CENTER PROJECT <br /> <br />Mr. Don E. Smith, Councilman, City of Orange, 300 E. Chapman <br />Avenue, Orange, California, addressed the Agency by stating <br />that he was here tonight on behalf of the entire City <br />Council of the City of Orange.
