Kooi, Downtown Development Commission Director <br />Edward Henning, Downtown Development Commission Assistant Director <br />Cindy Nelson, Redevelopment Officer <br />Sandi Daniels, Project Manager <br />Janet Grane Evans, Downtown Development Commission Secretary <br />Brian Pearson, Orange County Transit District <br />John MacLaurin, Urbatec <br />Richard Johns, Property Ventures <br />Miguel Pulido Jr., Ace Muffler Transmission, Inc. <br />Charles McClung, Attorney at Law <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Commissioner McGuigan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Luxembourger, and carried unanimously (5:0) to approve the September 24, <br />1985 minutes of the Regular Joint Meeting as received. <br /> <br />505 NORTH MAIN STREET COMPANY DEFERRED LOAN <br /> <br />It was moved by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Chairman Griset, and carried <br />unanimously (5:0) that the Community Redevelopment Agency adopt <br />Resolution 85-46 authorizing an extension of the maturity of Flaherty <br />Deferred Notes with terms and conditions that include principal and <br />interest payments. <br />
