Following the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag, Chairman Griset gave the invocation. <br />The roll was then called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />P. Lee Johnson, Vice Chairman <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />Wilson Hart <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development Services <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director/Economic Development <br />Mellmary McNeely, Agency Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairman Johnson, seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger and carried unanimously (Mrs. McGuigan abstained on <br />the Minutes of August 20, and September 3, 1985 because she did <br />not attend those meetings) that the Minutes of August 5, 1985, <br />August 10, 1985 and September 3, 1985 be approved as received. <br /> <br />Mr. Acosta arrived at 5:40 P.M.; Mr. Young arrived at 5:45 P.M. <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT - McDONNELL <br />DOUGLAS AND SANTA FE DEVELOPMENTS <br /> <br />In response to questions from Mr. Luxembourger regarding those <br />people owning property within Parcel #1 of the McDonnell Douglas <br />and Santa Fe Development Site, the Executive Director/Development <br />Services stated that staff was taking different approaches in <br />negotiations with each of the property owners in Parcel #1, He <br />added that as the City's Engineer, Mr. George Alvarez, had <br />indicated it would not be necessary to take any of the property <br />on Lyons Street for street widening. He pointed out that staff <br />was now asking that the Agency approve a contract for the <br />appraisal of fixtures and equipment in this area so that staff <br />
