PUBLIC I~ARING - A.A. 'NO. 823 The Mayor opened the public 4919-5021 WEST FIRST STREET hearing for consideration of ORDINANCE NO. NS-1509 - 1ST READING Negative Declaration and Amend- ment Application No. 823~ filed by CTNC Associates to rezone property located on the north side of First Street between Euclid and Newhope Streets from the C2 (General Commercial) District to the R2-PRD (Multiple Family-Planned Residential Development) District. The staff report and recommendations were presented by the Director of Planning. The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written co~ications. There were no speakers in favor of or in opposition to the proposal. The Mayor closed the public hearing. MOTION was made by Yamamoto, seconded by Bricken, to approve and file the Negative Declaration and place the following ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title: ORDINANCE NO. The staff report and recommendations were presented by the Director of Public Works. The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written co~nunications. There were no speakers in favor of or in opposition to the proposal. The Mayor closed the public hearing.
