<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />f1'1 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SEPTEMBER 3, 1985 <br /> <br />The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman Griset at 5:35 <br />P.M. in Room 147 of the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. The roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />Wilson Hart <br />P. Lee Johnson, Vice Chairman <br />Robert Luxembourger <br /> <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />UNION OIL: 2031 E. EDINGER AVENUE (A.P.N. 402-101-23) <br /> <br />Staff stated that the property located at 2031 E. Edinger Avenue <br />(A.P.N. 402-101-23) contained 22,800 square feet of land <br />which was appraised at $10 per square foot by the Agency <br />appraisal and $17 per square foot by the Union Oil appraisal. <br />Staff then cited the following statistics: <br /> <br />Agency Appraised Value (Offer) <br /> <br />$440,000 = Land <br />12,370 = Fixtures <br />$452,470 = Total <br /> <br />Final Settlement Amount <br /> <br />(say)$452,500 <br />+ $ 39,120 = Additional Settlement <br />$491,590 = (8.5% over appraisal) <br /> <br />It was then moved by Mr. Hart, seconded by Chairman Griset and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that 2031 E. Edinger Avenue (A.P.N. <br />402-101-23) be acquired from Union Oil for an amount not to <br />exceed $491,590.00 <br /> <br />ERICKSON PROPERTIES: <br /> <br />1609 E. EDINGER (A.P.N. 402-101-16) <br /> <br />Staff made the following report to the Agency: <br /> <br />Agency to purchase <br />Agency to sell <br />Difference <br /> <br />19,190.0 sq.ft. = $163,115.00 <br />14,997.9 sq.ft. = $127,482.50 <br />4,192.1 sq.ft. = $ 35,632.50 <br /> <br />Staff pointed out that Erickson was to reimburse the Agency through <br />
