RECESS - EXECUTIVE SESSION At 3:51 p.m. Council recessed to <br />RECESS - DINNER Executive Session for discussion <br /> of personnel and legal matters. <br /> Council reconvened at 5:30 p.m. <br />and immediately recessed to dinner at Kam's Restaurant with representatives <br />of the Personnel Board. <br /> <br />RECONVENED Council reconvened at 7:30 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE in the Council Chambers with all <br />INVOCATION Council members present. The <br /> Invocation was given by Rabbi <br />Frank Stern, Temple Beth Sholom, following the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br /> <br />CC~B~JNITY SPOTLIghT Marshall Nettles, Executive <br />OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER Director of OIC, presented <br />MARSHALL NETTLES, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR "Positive Aspects of Opportunities <br /> Industrialization Center of Orange <br />County," describing the history, purpose, goals and accomplishments of the <br />organization. Mr. Nettles thanked the Conncil for City CETA assistance in <br />the past, and requested continuing City support.
