<br />MARSHALL NETTLES, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR "Positive Aspects of Opportunities
<br /> Industrialization Center of Orange
<br />County," describing the history, purpose, goals and accomplishments of the
<br />organization. Mr. Nettles thanked the Conncil for City CETA assistance in
<br />the past, and requested continuing City support. Mayor Ward presented a
<br />City emblem tile plaque to Mr. Nettles in appreciation to OIC for service
<br />to the conmmmity.
