After the pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and <br />the Invocation given by Chairman Griset, the roll was <br />called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />wilson Hart <br />P. Lee Johnson, Vice Chairman <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />patricia McGuigan <br /> <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />LEASE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BERNARD PERLIN FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF A RESTAURANT AND LEASE OF THE TEMPLO CALVARIO <br />BUILDING FOR CULTURAL PUPOSES <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Acosta that the <br />Agency approve a Lease Development Agreement with Bernard <br />Perlin, Adele Perlin and the Perlin Development and <br />Engineering Corporation Pension Trust. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Acosta, Griset, Hart, Johnson, Luxembourger, <br />McGuigan <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Young <br /> <br />SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY PACIFIC SYMPHONY <br /> <br />After a lengthy discussion, it was agreed by the Agency <br />Members that the following items should be attached to the <br />Sublease Agreement with the Orange County Pacific Symphony <br />as a statement of intent: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The uses proposed for the church structure include <br />the Symphony, chorale and opera organizations, all <br />of which will be affiliated with Santa Ana. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />A potential for a new, community-oriented Symphony <br />exists. <br />
