<br />'-- <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY SANTA ANA AUTO MALL <br /> <br />tlÞpursuant to the return from Executive Session of the Redevelopment Agency at 7:50 PM, it <br />was moved by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Chairman Griset and carried unanimously (6:0) to: <br /> <br />(1) Approve the Agreement for Purchase of Real Property between the Redevelopment <br />Agency, the City of Santa Ana and Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, subject to <br />modification as deemed necessary by the Executive Director and the City <br />Attorney; and authorize execution of said Agreement by the Chairman; <br /> <br />(2) Approve and adopt Agency Resolution No. 85-16 which amends Resolution No. 84-20 <br />and provides for certain funds to be transferred to a collection agent pursuant <br />to the term of the Agreement for sale with Santa Fe Land Improvement Company; <br /> <br />(3) Authorize the Executive Director of the Agency to execute an agreement for <br />collection agent services and any other documents deemed necessary to implement <br />the terms of the subject sale and Purchase Agreement; and <br /> <br />(4) Authorize acquisition of the following: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Property <br />1010,1016 W.
