Mr. Hart indicated that he had a similar <br />discussion with the Bank of America. <br /> <br />Mr. Hart then asked the City Attorney that if, in his <br />opinion, the Agency failed to deliver the site would it be a <br />breach of contract and would the Agency be exposing itself <br />to considerable liability, to which the City Attorney <br />responded that this could be the case. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
