'.... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Luxembourger then addressed the Chair and said that he <br />wished to state, for the record, that he was very distressed <br />to have to vote in favor of the Resolution of Necessity to <br />acquire the property occupied by the Ace Muffler Shop and <br />that the only reason he had voted for the motion was that he <br />felt he must protect the City from having to pay a very <br />large damage settlement to the developer, URBATEC. He added <br />that it was his hope that, henceforth, the Agency Members <br />would have more than one developer from which to choose and <br />that, if this was not the case, he would refuse to vote. <br /> <br />Mrs. McGuigan then moved, seconded by Chairman Griset that <br />the Agency request the City Attorney to reword the City <br />Ordinance governing the vote of the Redevelopment Agency to <br />require a two-third vote on any procedure having to do with <br />a Disposition and Development Agreement. <br /> <br />AYES: Acosta, Griset, Hart, Johnson, Luxembourger, <br />McGuigan and Young <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Agency, <br />Chairman Griset adjourned the meeting at 7:10 P.M. <br /> <br />~þ <br /> <br />blJ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
