<br />P1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />FEBRUARY 19, 1985 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman Griset <br />at 9:10 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the Pledge to the Flag <br />and the invocation given by Agency Member McGuigan, roll was <br />called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />Wilson Hart <br />P. Lee Johnson, vice Chairman <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development <br />Richard Lay, Assistant City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director/Economic Development <br />Cindy Nelson, Redevelopment Officer <br />Susan Moeller, project Area Manager <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mrs. <br />McGuigan and carried unanimously to approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held on February 19,1985. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br />THE JACKSON PARK SITE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Chairman Griset announced that this was the time and place <br />for the Joint Public Hearing of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for the <br />proposed sale of property known as the Jackson Park Site by <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />to Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation, the site being a <br />one-half acre square parcel of land located four blocks east <br />of Harbor Boulevard, on the west side of Jackson Street <br />between First Street and Fifth Street. <br />
