<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9t( <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />JANUARY 15, 1985 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana was called to order by Vice Chairman Johnson at <br />5:4Ø P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa <br />Ana, California. After the Pledge to the Flag and the invocation <br />given by Agency member McGuigan, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />wilson Hart <br />P. Lee Johnson, Vice Chairman <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />patricia McGuigan <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development <br />Richard Lay, Assistant City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director/Economic Development <br />Cindy Nelson, Redevelopment Officer <br />Roger Kooi, Downtown Development Commission Director <br />Stacey Creveston, Agency Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Hart and carried <br />unanimously to approve the Minutes of the Special/Joint Meeting held <br />on December 17,1984, and the Regular Meeting held on December 18, <br />1984. <br /> <br />ORAL REPORT - STAFF REVIEW OF 1984 PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTED <br />ACTIVITIES FOR 1985 <br /> <br />The Executive Director/Economic Development gave a slide presentation <br />which covered the major accomplishments of the Agency in 1984. <br /> <br />The report was unanimously received and filed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />By unanimous consent, the meeting was adjourned at 6:lØ P.M. to <br />Tuesday, January 22,1985, 7:ØØ P.M. to the Downtown Development <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />Com- <br /> <br /> <br />-------- <br />
