<br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />DECEMBER 16, 1986 <br /> <br />Chairman Young called the Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:40 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Following the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag, the roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel E. Ream, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development Services <br />Ed Cooper, City Attorney <br />Cynthia Nelson, Acting Executive Director/Community Development <br />Robert Dodge, Senior Loan Officer <br />Mellmary McNeely, Agency Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairman McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Hart <br />and carried by a vote of 5:2 (Agency Members May and Pulido abstaining) <br />that the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency/City Council, held November 18, 1986, be approved <br />as received. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 1906 <br />STREET; 111, 115 AND 117 WEST 19th STREET; AND 114 <br />STREET <br /> <br />AND <br />AND <br /> <br />1910 NORTH MAIN <br />116 WEST 20th <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Hart, seconded by Agency Member Acosta <br />.and carried unanimously (7:0) that the Agency authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana to execute all appropriate documents for acquisition <br />of the real property at: 1906 and 1910 North Main Street; 111, 115 and <br />117 West 19th Street; and 114 and 116 West 20th Street in the City of <br />Santa Ana from C. J. Segerstrom and Sons, a partnership, for the sum of <br />$535,000.00. <br />
