<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />JUNE 30, 1986 <br /> <br />Chairman Griset called the Special Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:30 P.M. in the Second Floor <br />Conference Room of the Bowers Museum, 2002 North Main Street, <br />Santa Ana, California. Luxembourger <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development <br />Jan Perkins, Deputy City Manager/Operations <br />Richard P. Dominguez, Manager of Finance and <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Operations <br /> <br />SHORT-TERM <br />NOTE <br /> <br />LOAN <br /> <br />COMPLETE <br /> <br />PAYOFF OF THE SANTA FE LAND <br /> <br />BANK <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br />In response to questions from Agency Member Acosta, staff <br />explained that the Swiss Bank, which had previously been <br />approved for this short-term bank loan, had not been able to <br />act in a timely manner. Therefore, Banque Paribas was now <br />being recommended by staff because they had given final <br />approval of the loan in four days. <br /> <br />After further discussion, it was moved by Vice Chairman <br />Jdhnson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and carried <br />unanimously (7:0) that the Agency approve a two-year, <br />$10,500,000 bank loan to complete payoff of the Santa Fe Land <br />Note. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:37 P.M. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Agency, <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />cÆ.
