Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the <br />Invocation was given by Agency Member McGuigan. Director/Downtown Development Commission <br />Mellmary McNeely, Agency Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of December 17, 1985 <br />were approved by a vote of 4:0 (Agency Members Griset, McGuigan <br />and Young abstained). <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />WITH RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A <br />RESIDENTIAL PROJECT <br /> <br />Chairman Griset announced that it was the time and place for <br />the Joint Public Hearing of the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for the proposed <br />sale of property by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana to Riverview Community Partnership. He <br />pointed out that the property is generally located between the <br />Santa Ana River, First, Fifth and Susan Streets. <br />
