<br />MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Serrato, to authorize payment of
<br />subscription charges established by the Blue Cross Health Net Service
<br />agreement in accordance with the Memoranda of Understanding between the
<br />employees and the City; and to direct staff to administer the new health
<br />insurance plan in the same manner as the other health and dental insurance
<br />plans currently offered by the City.

<br />Griset, seconded by Bricken, to: 1) Authorize Clerk to appoint hearing
<br />officer and fix time and place for hearing of appeal from the decision
<br />of the City Yanager to deny renewal application for peep show permit; and
<br />2) Authorize payment of saidhearing officer from Coancil Contingency
<br />Reserve account; in the matter of the Application of Steven Manley for
<br />renewal of peep show permit for premises located at 225 North Harbor
<br />Boulevard.
