<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />DECEMBER 21, 1987 <br /> <br />Chairman Young called the Community Redevelopment Agency to order <br />at 4:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, CA. The following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel Griset <br />Ron May <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Patricia McGuigan, Vice <br />Dan Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Wilson B. Hart <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Jan Perkins, Deputy City Manager <br />Cynthia Nelson, Executive Director <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member <br />Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency, held <br />November 17, 1987, and the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, held December 7, 1987, be <br />approved. <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTIONS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE 1985 TAX <br />ALLOCATION BONDS <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member <br />Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 87-21: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-53 (AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TAX <br />ALLOCATION BONDS OF SAID AGENCY (SANTA ANA INTER-CITY <br />COMMUTER STATION REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT» FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF CLARIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONS THEREOF; <br />
