<br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />NOVEMBER 17, 1987 <br /> <br />Chairman Young called the community Redevelopment Agency meeting <br />to order at 5:35 P.M. in Room 147 of the Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Jan Perkins, Deputy City Manager <br />Cynthia Nelson, Executive Director <br />Robert Hoffman, Real Estate Manager <br />Patti Nunn, Project Manager <br />Vicki Uehli, Project Manager <br />Roger Torriero, BGS Partners <br /> <br />MAC ARTHUR PLACE PROJECT <br /> <br />The Executive Director briefly intoduced the Mac Arthur Place <br />project and then asked Mr. Roger Torriero, of BGS Partners, to <br />make a presentation of their proposed development for the Mac <br />Arthur Place site. Project Manager Vicki Uehli then reviewed the <br />project schedule and necessary Council/Agency actions to approve <br />the project. <br /> <br />NORTH HARBOR STRATEGY PLAN <br /> <br />Following a comprehensive staff presentation by Project Manager <br />Patti Nunn on the North Harbor Strategy Plan, it was moved by <br />Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />receive and file the Strategy Plan for the North Harbor <br />Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> <br />Chairman Young adjourned the meeting to the <br />6:25 P.M. with all members in attendance. <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Chambers <br />
