<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Chairman Young then <br />called for a motion. <br /> <br />Hearing <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />closed <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />declared <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Vice <br />Chairperson McGuigan and carried unanimously (7:0) that the <br />Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. 87-15: A RESOLUTION <br />OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE BOWERS MUSEUM <br />EXPANSION SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR. <br /> <br />BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />Chairman Young stated that the Agency Members had been <br />thoroughly briefed on the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project Area at the Council Meeting, held August 17. He then <br />asked if the Agency Members had any questions. <br /> <br />The city Manager called upon Project Manager Patti <br />respond to any questions the Agency Members might have. <br /> <br />In response to a question from Vice Chairperson McGuigan, the <br />Project Manager stated that the Planning Commission had <br />approved its Resolution by a vote of 6:1 (Commissioner Donald <br />Sizemore voting "NO"). <br /> <br />Nunn <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />It was then moved by Chairman Young, seconded by Vice <br />Chairperson McGuigan and carried unanimously (7:0) that the <br />Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. 87-16: A RESOLUTION <br />OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL <br />CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, ESTABLISHING THE PROJECT BASE <br />YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FILING <br />INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTION 33327 AND 33328 OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT lAW, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF A <br />FILING FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 WEST 20th STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency <br />Member May and carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the city of Santa Ana to <br />execute all appropriate documents for acquisition of the real <br />property at 110 West Twentieth Street in the City of Santa Ana <br />from Velma N.
