<br />, - . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />JOINT REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 21,1987 <br /> <br />Chairman Young called the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency/City Council to order at 5:40 P.M. in Room 147 <br />of Council Chambers for a study session on the conceptual plan and <br />environmental impact report for the proposed Orange County -Museum <br />District. The Executive Director gave a brief overview of the <br />proposed Museum District and introduced Mr. Norm Pfeiffer who made a <br />presentation on this project. Following Mr. Pfeiffer's <br />presentation, Mr. Dick Botti, of Keyser Marston Associates, <br />addressed the financial aspects of the proposed Museum District. <br /> <br />The Agency Members adjourned to the Council Chambers at 6:50 P.M. to <br />conduct a business session. <br /> <br />Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Wilson Hart <br />Ron May <br />Patricia McGuigan, Vice Chairperson <br />Daniel H.
