<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY - ASSESSOR PARCEL <br />NO 005-142-21 <br /> <br />At 5:54 p.m., Vice Chairperson McGuigan opened the Joint Public Hearing of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />regarding the lease of property on North Parton Street from Robert C. and <br />Noreen S. Politiski for the development of a surface parking lot. She then <br />asked that staff identify the property or issues and present the staff <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Robert Hoffman, Redevelopment and Real Estate Manager, provided the staff <br />presentation. <br /> <br />When the Vice Chairperson asked for written communications, the Clerk of the <br />Council responded that there were none. <br /> <br />When the Vice Chairperson asked if there were members of the public who wished <br />to address the Agency on this matter, there was no response. <br /> <br />When the Vice Chairperson asked if there were questions or comments from <br />either staff or Agency Members, there was no response. She then declared the <br />Public Hearing closed at 5:56 p.m. and stated that she would now entertain a <br />motion of the Community Redevelopment Agency regarding the lease of real <br />property. <br /> <br />It was then moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Acosta <br />and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution <br />No. 88-13, a resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency approving a <br />!.ease Agreement with Robert C. Politiski and Noreen S, Politiski for the real <br />property on North Parton Street (Assessor Parcel No. 005-142-21), <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Acosta, Griset, Hart, May, McGuigan, and Pulido <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Young <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />ADRIEN L AND BARBARA G HOUGHTON - 817 NORTH LACY STREET <br /> <br />At 5:57 p.m., Vice Chairperson McGuigan opened the Joint Public Hearing of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />regarding the Disposition and Development Agreement with Adrien L. and <br />Barbara G. Houghton for the purchase and rehabilitation of the historic <br />Harmon-McNeil house located at 817 North Lacy Street. <br /> <br />She then asked that staff identify the property or issues and present the <br />staff recommendation. <br /> <br />Pat Whitaker, Housing Authority Manager, provided the staff recommendation. <br /> <br />When the Vice Chairperson asked for written communications, the Clerk of the <br />Council responded that there were none. <br /> <br />When the Vice Chairperson asked if there were members of the public who wished <br />to address the Agency on this matter, there was no response, <br /> <br />-2- <br />
