<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />JUNE 21, 1988 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given and the following <br />Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel Griset (5:45 p.m.) <br />Wilson Hart <br />Ron May <br />Patricia McGuigan, Vice Chairperson <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Dan Young, Chairman <br /> <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Cynthia J. Nelson, Executive Director <br />Robert B. Hoffman, Redevelopment & Real Estate Manager <br />Sandi Daniels, Project Manager <br />Debra Kurita, Administrative Services Manager <br />Tom Wilson, Co-owner, 2000 E. First Street <br />Thomas Baggott, Attorney <br />Vera Harrison, Stenographer <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 17, <br />1988 be approved. <br /> <br />SHORT-TERM LOAN OF $1.5 MILLION FROM THE SOUTH HARBOR PROJECT <br />------ <br />AREA TO THE SOUTH MAIN PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido <br />and carried unanimously (5:0) that the Community Redevelopment Agency approve <br />a short-term loan of $1.5 million from the South Harbor Project Area to the <br />South Main Project Area for the purpose of retiring the loan with Banque <br />Paribas. <br />
