CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta <br />and carried unanimously (7:0) to approve the repayment of $20,000 of debt to <br />the General Fund from the Central City Project Area (Account 510-935-191) in <br />order to provide funds for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project Area <br />Fund (Account 54-502-191). <br /> <br />CANCELLATION OF LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido <br />and carried unanimously (7:0) to terminate the lease with Ines Ci11iani at the <br />southwest corner of Main and Chestnut Streets contingent upon issuance of a <br />city building permit. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE A-12 DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Hart, seconded by Chairman Young and carried <br />unanimously (7:0) to approve an Amendment to the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement between Urban Ventures, Inc. and the Redevelopment Agency and <br />authorize its execution by the Chairman. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE DATA POWER SITE <br /> <br />Agency Member Griset vacated the Council Chambers at 5:53 p.m. because of a <br />conflict of interest. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Hart and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) to approve a 90-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate to <br />First Street Partners for the development of the southeast corner of First <br />Street and Jackson Street, referred to as the Data Power Site. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR ODDFELLOWS BUILDING PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Hart, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) to direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and <br />authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute a Reimbursement <br />Agreement with the De11side Corporation for improvements to the Agency-owned <br />parking lot adjacent to the Oddfe110ws Building, in an amount not to exceed <br />$75,000. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
