Tenth Street, expressed concern regarding the <br />Environmental Impact Report on the Bristol Widening Project. <br /> <br />June Foley, 1802 W. 18th Street, requested the Council proclaim December 25, <br />1989 "Hostage Remembrance Day." The Mayor referred Ms. Foley to the City <br />Manager, and requested her request be expedited. <br /> <br />Florence Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, expressed concern regarding the <br />proposed water rate increase, and urged the Council to be aware of possible <br />impacts of the Bristol Corridor Project on population density. <br /> <br />Matthew Masingale, 888 W.
