<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution <br />No. 89-18 - a Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana affirming it. commitment to participation by and preferences to <br />property owners and business occupants within redevelopment project areas in <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried by majority vote 4:3 (Agency Members Griset, McGuigan and Chairman <br />Young opposed) that the Redevelopment Agency direct staff to prepare <br />appropriate documents which would enable the Redevelopment Agency to consider <br />the possible exemption from eminent domain of approximately 1400 properties <br />(those not included in the Bristol Widening Project snd 20 key sites <br />identified by staff) from the Bristol Redevelopment Project Area. The <br />properties are to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and Redevelopment <br />Commission, and input received from the Bristol Corridor Project Area <br />Committee, as well as the public. A progress report is to be provided to the <br />Redevelopment Agency in 90 days. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />~-d:Å~ <br />Cynthia J.
