Nelson, Executive Director/Coøøunity Development <br />Robert Hoffman, Real Estate & Redevelopment Manager <br />Sandi Daniels, Project Manager <br />Josie I.aQuay, Project Manager <br />Vera Harrison, Secretary <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />IW!!1In <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held August 15, 1989. <br /> <br />GRANTING EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE TO HUTTON DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />THE IC-l SITE <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency grant a nine-month <br />extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate on the IC-l site to Hutton <br />Development Company, Inc. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE ON THE C-8 SITE <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate with Griffin/Related Properties for a nine-month period for <br />development of the C-8 site. <br />
