<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />BOWERS MUSEUM: EXPANSION AND DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR <br />BOWERS MUSEUM: EXPANSION (Continued from Kay 16, 1989 <br /> <br />Agency Kember McGuigan made a IIOtion, which was seconded by Agency MeJllber <br />Pulido to continue this item to July 3, and to adjourn this meeting to that <br />time. Agency MeJllber Norton recolIIISnded amending the IIOtion to continue this <br />item until after the budget has been approved. Agency Member Pulido commented <br />that the Kayor requested that this item be continued to the next scheduled <br />meeting of the Redevelopment Agency. This item was voted upon but failed by a <br />tie vote of 3:3. <br /> <br />After further discussion, Agency MeJllber Griset made a motion, which was <br />seconded by Agency MeJllber Kay and carried by majority vote 5:1 (Agency MeJllber <br />McGuigan opposed) to continue this item to July 18, 1989, the next scheduled <br />meeting of the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />GRANTING EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE TO HUTTON DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />THE A-13 SITE (SOtJTHllEST CORNER OF FLOWER AND SANTA ANA BOULEVARD) <br /> <br />Chris Felix, Hutton Development, inforll8d the Agency that approval was given <br />by the Board of Supervisors for the construction of the forensic science <br />facility. Mr. Felix thanked the Agency members as well as staff for their <br />support. <br /> <br />It was IIOved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Griset and <br />carried unanimously (6:0), that the Redevelopment Agency grant Hutton <br />Development Company a 180-day extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate on <br />the A-13 site. <br /> <br />SUBORDINATION GUIDELINES FOR RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION LOANS <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency MeJllber McGuigan, seconded by Agency MeJllber Griset and <br />carried unanimously (6:0), that the Redevelopment Agency approve the proposed <br />policy guidelines for residentisl rehabilitation loan subordination requests. <br /> <br />MACARTHUR PlACE - STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />Cynthia Nelson, Executive Director/Community Development Agency, introduced <br />Gordie McKenzie and Murrsy Hay of BCE Development. Mr. McKenzie and Mr. Hay <br />showed renderings and briefly gsve an update on the KacArthur Place project. <br /> <br />Agency Member Kay left the Council Chambers at 5:55 p.m. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
