Young, Chairman <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned to Closed Session in Room 147 of the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency recessed to Closed Session, pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54956.9(A) to confer with its attorney regarding pending <br />litigation which has been initiated formally, and to which the Redevelopment <br />Agency is a party. The titles of the litigation are:, <br /> <br />Communi tv RedeveloDment A2encv vs. Wvrick & Luther <br />OCSC Case #52-81-65 <br /> <br />Communi tv RedeveloDment A2encv vs. Southerland <br />OCSC Case #51-27-32 <br /> <br />Communi tv RedeveloDment A2encv vs. Soil & Plant Laboratorv <br />OCSC Case #45-21-89 <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The following settlements were approved: <br /> <br />Communi tv RedeveloDment A~encv vs. Wvrick & Luther <br />OCSC Case #52-81-65 <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency approved settlement in the amount of <br />$91,500 plus interest for value of leasehold interest, loss of <br />business goodwill, fixtures and equipment and personal property. <br />
