<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />NOVEMBER 20, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Co_unity Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:35 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, and <br />the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />mmfi <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Dan Griset <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Rick Norton <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Ron May <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held October 16, <br />1990. <br /> <br />1985 AND 1989 SERIES A-D TAX ALLOCATION BONDS <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. <br />90-09 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana approving amendments to Indentures of Trust relating to 1989 Tax <br />Allocation Refunding Bonds, and authorizing matters relating to remarketing <br />and refunding of 1985 Tax Allocation Bonds. <br /> <br />APPROVAL TO PREOUALIFY BIDDERS AND SOLICIT BIDS TO FURNISH AND INSTALL A <br />COMPACT STORAGE SYSTEM FOR THE BOWERS MUSEUM <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize the <br />prequalification of bidders and solicitation of bids to furnish and install a <br />compact storage system for the expansion of the Bowers Museum. <br />
