<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SEPTEMBER 18, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:41 p.m. by Vice Chairman Acosta in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />IWI!1In <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held August 21, 1990. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH POD-SASAKI. INC. FOR NORTH HARBOR SPECIFIC PLAN <br />CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to <br />execute, an amendment to the existing agreement between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and POD-Sasaki, Inc., for additional services associated <br />with the preparation of a Specific Plan for the North Harbor area, increasing <br />the amount of the contract by $15,460, from $123,000 to $138,460. <br /> <br />SOILS AND MATERIAL TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE BOWERS MUSEUM <br />EXPANSION <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (5 :0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute, an agreement with United Inspection & Testing Company for soils and <br />material testing and inspection services for the Bowers Museum expansion in an <br />amount not to exceed $60,150.00. <br />
