<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />JULY 17, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:45 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, and <br />the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />mm <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Daniel Griset <br />Ron May <br />Rick Norton <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel H. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />IWi!!In <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held June 19, 1990, <br />and the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting held July 2, 1990. <br /> <br />AB 265 (CHAPTER 1135. STATUTES OF 1985) RESIDENTIAL SET-ASIDE <br />COMPLIANCE FINDING <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution <br />No. 90-07 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana making certain findings pursuant to Section 33334.2 of the CoDUllunity <br />Redevelopment Law for Fiscal Year 1990-91. <br /> <br />BOWERS MUSEUM - BID AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO EDUCATION CENTER <br /> <br />On a motion by Agency Member McGuigan, which was seconded by Agency Member <br />Acosta and carried unanimously (7:0), the Redevelopment Agency awarded the bid <br />and authorized the Chairman and Executive Director to execute a contract with <br />Calnik Engineering & Construction Co., the lowest responsive bidder, in the <br />amount of $77,778 for construction of improvements at the Education Center of <br />the Bowers Museum. <br />
