<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After a lengthy discussion, it was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by <br />Agency Member May and carried by the majority in a roll call vote, 6:1 (Agency <br />Member Norton opposed), that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute the following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding between the Orange County Arena Partners, <br />Catellus Development Corporation, and the Redevelopment Agency outlining <br />business terms to be incorporated into a future Operating Agreement; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Reimbursement Agreement between the Orange County Arena Partners and the <br />Redevelopment Agency for an amount not to exceed $500,000 for costs <br />associated with the arena development. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the June 19, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door <br />of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on June 15, 1990. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the July 2, 1990 <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on <br />the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 1 p.m. on June 29, <br />1990. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Sheila and Niles Gates, 1712 Newport Circle, Santa Ana, both spoke in <br />opposition of the sports arena. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the <br />meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />-3- <br />
