<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />JUNE 19, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:50 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Daniel Griset <br />Ron May <br />Rick Norton <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel H. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Jan Guy, Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held May 15, 1990, <br />and Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting held May 21, 1990. <br /> <br />EXEMPTION OF PROPERTIES WITHIN BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency continue consideration <br />of exemption of properties within the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project <br />Area until the Agency's meeting of July 17, 1990. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - SUBORDINATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution <br />No. 90-6 - a Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana authorizing the Executive Director of the Agency to subordinate <br />affordable housing covenants and restrictions pursuant to California Health <br />and Safety Code Section 33334.14. <br />
