<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />KINUTES <br />JOINT REGULAR MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 20, 1990 <br /> <br />The Joint Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council <br />was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Vice Chairman Acosta in the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Daniel Griset (5:39) <br />Ron May <br />Richards Norton <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido (5:41) <br /> <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member May, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) to approve the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting <br />of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council held February 20, 1990. <br /> <br />Agency Members Griset and Pulido joined the meeting at 5:39 p.m. and 5:41 p.m. <br />respectively. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />HUTTON DEVELOPMENT CO.. INC (A-13 SITE) <br /> <br />At 5:33 p.m., Vice Chairman Acosta opened the public hearing on the issue of <br />the Disposition and Development Agreement with Hutton Development Co., Inc. <br />(A-13 Site). <br /> <br />Vicki Uehli, Project Manager, presented the staff report on this item. A <br />brief summary regarding this Disposition and Development Agreement was given <br />by Chris Felix (Hutton Development). When the Vice Chairman asked for written <br />coDUllunications, the Clerk of the Council replied that there were none. <br /> <br />Mr. Felix Oramus, 1038 W. Santa Ana Blvd., addressed the Agency and was in <br />opposition on this matter only if the site is to be used for a jail. <br /> <br />Agency Member May left the meeting at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Following a question and answer period between the Agency Members and the <br />developer, Vice Chairman Acosta closed the public hearing at 6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member KcGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency: <br />
