<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />JOINT REGULAR MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was <br />called to order at 5:34 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />mmn: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Daniel Griset <br />Ron May <br />Richards Norton <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (7: 0) to approve the Regular Meeting of the CoDUllunity <br />Redevelopment Agency held Janua~ 16, 1990. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />CAMPBELL AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. INC. (SATURN) <br /> <br />At 5: 35 p. m., Chairman Young opened the public hearing on the issue of the <br />Disposition and Development Agreement with Campbell Automotive Group, Inc. <br />(Saturn) . <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution <br />No. 90-1 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana approving an agreement between the Agency and Campbell Automotive <br />Group, Inc. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, the Chairman closed the public hearing at 5:37 p.m. <br /> <br />SANTA ANA MUSEUM DISTRICT MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to <br />execute an agreement with Birtcher to prepare a master land use plan for the <br />Museum District and an economic profile for a selected site within the <br />District. (Agency Member Acosta abstained because of a conflict of interest). <br />
